Here we have a town which has taken a roller coaster ride between success, down and out rejection bordering on dilapidation then rising to become an super- chic centre of American culture. Architecturally , it is a monument to Deco style. It is tropical, hot climate but striving for cool vibes. It is slow, it is fast. It is edgy , it is smooth. The mix of people busy with their agendas even when holidaying. This is the irony. What  do we see of ourselves here?Is it the predator in us? Is it the will to survive? The shots are in B&W to highlight the architecture, but then they're blown up to emphasize  human nature's pursuit of business. Each individual clearly has a focus. This is what I'm curious about and attempt to investigate and convey.
